Favorable Jury Verdict obtained by Judson Cohen.  Mr. Cohen was retained as trial counsel to help defend Banco Pastor, S.A., a Spanish bank, to help defend them in a claim brought against them for racial and sexual discrimination by a bank employee.  Due to past successes in trial, Mr. Cohen is often retained as trial counsel on injury, discrimination or commercial claims.  In this instance, Mr. Cohen defended Banco Pastor, S.A. during the three week jury trial in Miami-Dade County.  After the three week trial, the jury returned a favorable verdict on all counts as to all claims for Mr. Cohen's client.  Favorable jury verdict December 2012.

Favorable Jury Verdict obtained by Allan Cohen - Our client, an orthopedic surgeon, performed surgery on a hip fracture that involved open reduction with internal fixation. The patient suffered known surgical complications that resulted in an additional surgery and leg shortening. Jury determined the orthopedic surgeon was not negligent. Favorable Jury Verdict.
